My Therapeutic Approach

I believe in using evidence-based approaches while maintaining flexibility to meet your unique needs.

While I tend to prefer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness techniques, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. During your first session, we will explore what brings you to the office and your comfort level with therapy. Our sessions will be collaborative and use evidence-based techniques that work with your unique story. Some of the approaches I use include:
